Following terms and conditions are applicable to bookings for FAM trip. Any travel agent or client who books a service with Sunny Land Tours will be subject to the following terms and conditions, and a payment (when processed) for any travel arrangement shall constitute a client’s and or travel agents’ absolute consent to all the provisions listed herewith:

Qualification : Travel agents must provide a current IATAN ID Card, and copy of IATAN List to be eligible for this FAM trip. Agents whom are unable to furnish this information will be denied acceptance. Second traveler at companion rates regardless of professional or personal relationships.

Travel Documents - Valid US passport with at least a 7-month validity beyond travel date is required for travel. Tour participants traveling on non US passport must advise Sunny Land in advance, and verify entry eligibility. Sunny Land is not responsible for denied passage or entry for non US passport holders.

Transfers and Sightseeing: A complete program is offered throughout each tour packages as shown within the itineraries. Entrance fees to places of interest as well as lunches on full day outings where specified are included in the tour cost.

Trip Confirmation - You will be notified by email once your application is accepted. Do NOT purchase domestic airline tickets until you have received Fam trip confirmation from Sunny Land, and your payment has been processed.

Tipping: Personal tipping is left at passenger’s discretion. Our guides and drivers are very competent, and it is recommended that you show your appreciation for their services with a $3 to $5 per person per day tipping.

Domestic and International Air Clients responsible for own flights to/from domestic US to connect with the int’l flights. No air deviations permitted. Sunny Land Tours has no control over flight schedule changes, fare or tax increases; therefore any fare or tax increases will be reflected until the time of ticketing. Sunny Land Tours will not and cannot handle individual requests pertaining to air transportation including but not limited to seat assignments, special meals, frequent flyer miles or similar. All such requests must be handled directly between the passenger and the respective airline. Luggage is at traveler’s risk unless insured.

Not included: Tour prices do not include items not specified above: such as passport or visa costs if applicable, meals that are not included in tour, tips, laundry, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of purely personal nature. Shipping cost of your travel documents are not included.

Non-Refundable: Payment is non-refundable once authorized.

Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable. Unused tour features are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the tour is in progress. .

Travel Insurance:– Travel Insurance is recommended for all participants. You must specifically decline travel insurance if you don’t purchase the Sunny Land Trip Protection Plan from Sunny Land – @ 10% of total trip cost. Travel Agents and companions are welcome to obtain other third-party travel coverage for trip cancellation, medical, and travel interruption and medical evacuation occurrences. http://sunnylandtours.com/travel_insurance.htm

Alteration: Sunny Land Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a tour or a vacation package should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the best possible alternative will be offered and a proportional refund made as appropriate, at the discretion of Sunny Land Tours.

Tour Performance Warranty: If for any reason within our control, Sunny Land Tours fails to provide any service, hotel, cruise, meal, or transportation as outlined in the final itinerary, an appropriate refund will be issued to the client upon presentation of a completed service adjustment coupon or written authorization from our overseas representatives. No claim can be considered if not made within 21 days from completion of tour.

Travel Agent and Companion Conduct: Sunny Land Tours, Inc, offers fam-trips and fam-rates to travel agents and their companions and spouses as a privilege. Sunny Land Tours and its operating partners require travel agents and their companions to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner during the entire trip. Agent accepts to participate in these offerings with the understanding that the agent and/or the companion may be bumped or sent home before the completion of the trip in case unacceptable and disruptive behavior is displayed by the agent or the companion, and not corrected upon warning.

Responsibility and Liability: Sunny Land Tours, Inc, in operating these land arrangements is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participants as stated in the brochure. Sunny Land Tours, Inc., as tour operator, disclaims all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by railroads, bus operators, local sight-seeing companies, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided. The right to alter any land tour arrangement is reserved. Flights (when applicable) are offered on IATA carriers, which cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers, are not on board their aircraft. Cruise tickets when issued, constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the passenger. The carriers concerned are not in any event responsible for any act, omission or event, occurring during the time passengers are not aboard their plane, vessels or other conveyances. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Indemnification, Waiver, and Release: By submitting the Reservation form and accepting and participating on this trip, the clients, personal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, legal representatives, and next of kin agree to indemnify and hold Sunny Land Tours, Inc. harmless and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively Sunny Land Tours) from and against any and all rights and/or claims that may have for any loss or damage arising out of or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, during the trip. Specifically, this Waiver and Release is intended to include, but not be limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage that may be caused by the negligence of Sunny Land in sponsoring and/or organizing this trip. Should any claim or controversy arise out of this agreement, the courts of Flagler County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear same. In addition, the laws of the State of Florida shall control such dispute.
