Terms and conditions – the fine print!

Agent Qualification – One agent per booking, one agent per agency. Agent must provide copy of current IATAN ID Card, IATAN List. Agents unable to furnish this information will be denied acceptance. Second traveler at companion rates regardless of professional or personal relationships.

Travel Documents - Valid US passport with at least a 6-month validity beyond travel date is required to travel to Egypt. Agents or companions traveling on non US passport must advise Sunny Land in advance, and verify Egypt entry eligibility. Sunny Land is not responsible for denied passage or entry to Egypt for non US passport holders.

Trip Confirmation - You will be notified by email once your application is accepted. Do NOT purchase domestic airline tickets until you have received Fam trip confirmation from Sunny Land, and your payment has been processed. Priority will be given for agents booking future groups, but all IATAN qualified agents are encourage to submit a fam application. Confirmation of space is based on agent qualifications, eligibility, and space availability.

Domestic and International Air - Agent responsible for own flights to/from JFK to connect with Egypt Air int’l flights. No air deviations permitted.

Not Included - Tour price does not include meals not outlined in the daily itinerary, Egypt visa, cruise tips, tips to guides, drivers and escorts, liquor or drinks – including bottled water. Gratuities – Gratuities for drivers and guides are not included. Recommendations will be provided.

Non-Refundable - Payment is non-refundable once authorized.

Travel Insurance – Travel Insurance is recommended for all participants. You must specifically decline travel insurance if you don’t purchase the Sunny Land Trip Protection Plan from Sunny Land – @ 10% of total trip cost. Agents and companions are welcome to obtain other third-party travel coverage for trip cancellation, medical, and travel interruption and medical evacuation occurrences. http://sunnylandtours.com/travel_insurance.htm

Dress and conduct – Smart casual suggested for flights and cruise/tour. Agents and companions will interact with retail guests on this Fam and participate in meetings and group events; participants to conduct themselves and act professional at all times. Agents and companions are subject to removal for unruly conduct, with no refund for unused features.

Indemnification, Waiver, and Release – By submitting the Fam form and accepting and participating in a Fam trip, the agent and companion, personal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, legal representatives, and next of kin agree to indemnify and hold Sunny Land Tours, Inc. harmless and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively Sunny Land Tours) from and against any and all rights and/or claims I may have for any loss or damage arising out of or in any way related to, directly or indirectly, the Fam trip. Specifically, this Waiver and Release is intended to include, but not be limited to, any injuries, loss, or damage that may be caused by the negligence of Sunny Land in sponsoring and/or organizing this Fam trip.

"Free" fam promotion - applies only to base fare. Air taxes, fees, supplements, insurance, options, excursions, etc. as add-collect.
